Hobby Farm Holidays

By confirming a booking and staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be taken at the time of booking to secure your stay.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the same card used at booking unless otherwise arranged.
• If booking is made within 7 days of arrival, full payment will be taken shortly after booking.

Adult-Only Policy

• Hobby Farm Holidays is a strictly adult-only site.
• We are unable to accommodate children or infants under 18 years.
• Any bookings made including children will be cancelled.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• There is no reception. Keys will be left in the hut door for your arrival.
• Full arrival details will be sent prior to your stay.

Occupancy

• Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay in the hut.
• No additional guests or visitors are permitted without prior agreement.

Dogs

• Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
• Dogs must be kept under control at all times and must not be left unattended in the hut.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.

Behaviour & Noise

• We are a peaceful, rural, working farm. Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings.
• No parties or events are permitted.

 Smoking & Fire Safety

• Smoking is not permitted inside the huts.
• Fire pits may be used where provided and in accordance with site guidance.
• Guests must follow all fire safety instructions.

Care of the Property

• Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the hut and its contents.
• Any damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning required may be charged.

Facilities

• Some huts may have shared facilities (toilets/showers) rather than private bathrooms.
• Please check your booking details for specifics relating to your hut.

Bedding & Linen

• Bedding arrangements vary between huts and are clearly outlined at the time of booking.
• Fox’s Den, Badger’s Retreat and Hare’s Hideaway: Bedding and linen are provided as standard.
• Otter’s Nest: A mattress protector and fitted sheet are provided. Guests may either:
• Bring their own bedding, or
• Add a bedding package at the time of booking (where available).
• It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they bring appropriate bedding if this has not been selected.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before your arrival date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• If you need to change your dates, please get in touch as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to move your booking, subject to availability.

Liability

• Guests stay at their own risk.
• Hobby Farm Holidays accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury during your stay.

Working Farm Environment

• We are a working farm with animals, machinery, and uneven ground.
• Guests should take care at all times and follow any on-site signage or guidance.
• Guests must not enter paddocks or fields containing livestock.
• Do not feed any animals unless expressly invited to do so by the owners.

Right to Refuse Stay

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a stay if guests breach these terms, without refund.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
